Event Details
Garry's presentation will introduce metrics that may be
useful in the Agile Journey. Steps 2 & 3 in the DMAIC Model expect
you to “Measure and Analyze”. Most Agile Shops concern
themselves with a few key measures, but can find they will begin to level off
at a certain point. How do you continue to show improvement?
About your Presenter
Garry Rowland has been in Software Development for 25 years
in many areas - Programming, Project Management, Software Quality Assurance,
and Process Engineering. He is working as a Process Engineer for
Perceptive Informatics.
